I updated my series title in December 2017 to War of Masks. It better expresses the overall theme of the series. Masks are an important part in this universe even thought not every character has a literal mask. The main story revolves around the continental conflict in the Garwara with it's longtime rival the Kogasuma and a rising southern power the Sanobe. There is also many clans and wondering warriors that also play a key role.

I want to thank my friend for his kindness last year when I visited the United Kingdom. It was great to meet a friend from in person and I had a blast seeing his artwork. One of my highlights in '17.

It's been ages since I last updated this journal, over a year in fact. I haven't shared as much of my work this year as I had liked but I'm fully at work on my projects. I'd still like to get a Garwara series overview guide published but I have a need to add more and to refine things. This can be time consuming. For the longest time, most of the series thirty-year history, most of the story involved either the Garwara (CM) vs. Kogasuma or inner Garwara (CM) conflicts. I have been, as of late, interested in creating a third faction within this universe, a more shadowy group that would add an new dynamic to the overall series. With this third faction I have begun some character designs but as of now the group is incomplete. When more is ready I'll share them.

I'm also working on some slight updates to my long running characters as well as designing vehicles within this universe. Those too will be share once complete. I just have to make sure everything balances out. The vehicle designs are something I'm a little rusty on but fun nevertheless.

This past spring I was fortunate enough to visit several European nations for about two weeks. I visited Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Russia, Estonia, Germany, and France.


It is great to visit all these countries, they are all beautiful. It's always great to talk to people from all over the world and to even visit some of their countries is a blast.

I'm still at work on my CM universe manual. I've been slower with this than I would have liked but things are moving along now. Planning for a European trip slowed my time to work on this. I hope to work on some novellas as well in the near future. I'm planning for 2016 to be a big year for the CM series so I hope to have the CM Manual and a few novellas completed by the '16 convention season. I have many new art pieces I plan to share in the comings weeks and months as well. I need to be more active as an artist on

I've recently returned from a trip to Europe. I visited Austria, Germany, and Slovakia.

I visited Vienna, Salzburg, and Innsbruck in Austria, Bratislava in Slovakia, and Munich and Berchtesgaden in Bavaria, Germany. Had a great time.

Hello! Just a brief update. I'm still, slowly but surely, working on my series' Commando Massacre Manual. It's much more of a project then I had anticipated, but fun nevertheless. I'll keep everyone updated as this project develops. I'm also working on new pieces and hope to share them soon. I know I haven't post as much as I use to but I'm still drawing like a fool in my spare time. I hope to share more in 2014.

Hello my friends! I wanted to give a brief update to let everyone know I'm still around and working on my art and my series' Commando Massacre Manual. I was a little sidetracked for a few months as I was looking to update my automotive situation, which took me away some of my free time I would have used to draw. That situation has been dealt with. I should have more time to fully work on my projects and create some art to share with my friends here.
